50 Laurier

Bentall Investment Management, one of Canada’s leading real estate and asset management companies, commissioned gordongroup to create a branding and communications strategy for one of its marquee properties, 50 Laurier. The property is a luxury rental apartment building, ideally situated in downtown Ottawa.

In addition to providing strategic counsel, gordongroup completed end-to-end graphic production of 50 Laurier’s corporate identity, signage, print and multimedia products (including Web site development) and advertising materials.

gordongroup was also instrumental in designing cross-promotions and special events to promote 50 Laurier. We created a sophisticated multimedia promotion called ‘Live It,’ a contest which was publicized via Flash banner ads on prominent Ottawa Web sites and through several interactive Web components, such as an automatic email news bulletin.

Since implementation of the branding strategy, 50 Laurier has been positioned as a residence of choice in the Ottawa real estate market. The strategy has generated high visibility and has significantly increased leasing activity.
